Good bike for Men

This bike was purchased for my by my father in law. After much research ing thie 26 " and the 20" we decided that this bike would be the better fit as we could not find anything that said what the starting hit for the rider should be. After purchasing the bike I was able to email the support center whom said this bike would best fit riders 5'4" to 6' 3". I am exactly 5' 4" and I am unable to even touch the ground on my tippy toes. I road the bike one and fell three separate times. Lucky enough I was not seriously hurt. I have sense sold this bike at a financial loss and have purchased another that should fit me better. This bike however is constructed well and would be great for taller men.
