It is as advertised. Easy to set up. The cruise control feature is nice.

Cool machine for the money!!

The first impression has been good, the bike went together easily, so far the bike has performed great. The gears in other reviews have been mixed but I keep the bike in top gear on the flat and use the lower gears for hills, the granny gear lets you climb like a mountain goat. The bike is well made no quality issues so far.

Quality Item.

I must admit I haven't ridden this bike yet. Too cold. Have only unpacked and put it together. A well-made piece of equipment. Beautiful bike. All controls are right at your fingertips. In addition to a headlight, it has a horn with a push-button at your right thumb. It also has a removable, externally chargeable battery as well as internally chargeable, of course.

I really like the Eunorau E- torque 36V12.5 350 Step- Thru electric bike. I love how easy it is to peddle with or without the motor. The switching of the gears is quite smoothe. I don't fear the hills any more! I am so happy that I purchased this bike. It makes bike riding fun again.

My wife's bike. She likes it. Solid build & reliable. A bit heavy. Several months after the purchase, I had an excellent customer service experience. We went on a trip and I left the charger home. I called the ElectricBikeParadise.com support number. I spoke with a very helpful Trev. He walked me through the options to get a new charger sent quickly. Very reasonable cost and very responsive 'aim to please' customer service! Thanks!
