Warranty Policy

 

If you have any issues with your product, please call us at (800) 590-2738 or email us at support@electricbikeparadise.com and we will assist you in filing a warranty claim with the manufacturer. Each manufacturer we stock has a different warranty, so please read the warranty that pertains to the specific manufacturer for which your item pertains. 

At Electric Bike Paradise, we take great pride in providing high-quality electric bikes and accessories to our customers. We understand that purchasing an electric bike is a significant investment, and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty policy that covers our products against defects in materials and workmanship.

All of our electric bikes come with a manufacturer's warranty. The length of the warranty varies depending on the brand and model of the bike. Generally, our electric bikes come with a warranty period of 1 to 2 years. Please refer to the specific product page for detailed information about the warranty period for that product.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship. This includes any defects in the frame, motor, battery, or other components of the electric bike that are caused by manufacturing or materials defects. If your electric bike is found to have a defect covered under the warranty, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge to you.

We understand that electric bikes are used in a variety of ways and environments. However, please note that our warranty policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or neglect. It also does not cover any damage that results from accidents, modifications, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Wire transfers are required for large orders. No type of check under any circumstance will be accepted. All merchandise remains property of MotoTec USA until payment is realized.

Returns:

MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of returns caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items:

MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service & Shipping Insurance)

MotoTec USA is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order or if shown with picture delivery. This is because FedEx will automatically deny all claims without signature. If a product is not received, FedEx advises the customer to file a police report for theft and claim it on homeowner’s insurance. We also offer shipping insurance through FedEx for an additional fee. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx will pay the entire insured value, but if additional insurance is not on the package, they will only cover the minimum $100 insurance plus the original shipping charge. Example of no coverage: If insurance is on a package, but the package is delivered without a signature and the customer claims they did not receive it, FedEx will not pay the claim. Only when lost in transit, not after showing delivered.

Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures:

Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. MotoTec USA is not responsible for original or return shipping fee's should the spec's or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

Guarantee:

MotoTec USA products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. MotoTec USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify MotoTec USA immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by MotoTec USA (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted.

Product Use:

Some products sold by MotoTec USA may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds MotoTec USA and its owners harmless of any liability.

AOSTIRMOTOR Warranty and Replacement Policy

All Aostirmotor electric bikes are covered under our 1-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)

Quality Assurance Statement

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:

  1. The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;
  2. The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.
Exclusions

Please refer to the following comprehensive guarantee:

  1. Power system: battery, motor, controller, instrument, within the scope of warranty, free compensation and free shipping;
  2. Structural system: frame, front fork, gear plate, paint finish, to ensure no damage to the factory process and materials;
  3. Brake system: brake lever, disc brake disc, brake, within the scope of warranty, free compensation and free shipping;
  4. Wheel rim system: rims and tires are guaranteed to be free of damage in terms of factory craftsmanship and materials;
  5. Speed system: derailleur, finger shifter, chain, within the scope of warranty, free compensation and free shipping;
  6. Shock absorption system: shock absorption front fork, rear spring shock absorption, to ensure no damage to the ex-factory workmanship and materials;
  7. Vulnerable parts: such as brake pads, tire etc., which are normal wear parts and are not within the scope of this warranty. Customers need to pay for the purchase and bear the shipping cost.

Quality Assurance Checklist

These guarantees do not apply to

  1. Normal wear and tear, failure;
  2. Damage or malfunction caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, or modification;
  3. Other improper installation of third-party components, parts, accessories or any unauthorized modification;
  4. Battery damage caused by power surge, improper use of charger, improper maintenance or other improper use, normal wear and tear or water stains;
  5. The warranty is only valid in the country/region where the bicycle was purchased. For normal wear and tear, misuse or negligence, improper operation, damage or malfunction caused by various accidents, modification using incompatible parts or accessories, frames, forks or other main components is invalid.

Warranty and Replacement Policy

For warranty issues, customers need to bear the labor costs and operating costs of installing the parts, and we will bear the related costs and mailing costs of the parts.

  1. Who does this Warranty apply to?

DWMEIGI DIRECT extends this limited warranty only to (a) the consumer who originally purchased the Product, and/or (b) any person to whom the Product is transferred during the applicable Warranty Period, but only if such person has a copy of the original proof of purchase received by the consumer who originally purchased the Product ("you").

    • This limited warranty does not cover any damage due to:
    • (a) abuse, neglect, or intentional damage;
    • (b) transportation (after the initial delivery of the Product by Serial 1);
    • (c) storage;
    • (d) improper use;
    • (e) failure to follow the Product instructions or failure to perform any preventive maintenance;
    • (f) modifications;
    • (g) unauthorized repair;
    • (h) installation of parts other than Serial 1 parts or their equivalent (as approved by Serial 1);
    • (i) corrosion and normal wear and tear; or
    • (j) external causes such as accidents, abuse, or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control.
    • Consumables such as batteries, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, grips, spokes, and cables are generally not covered under the terms of the limited warranty but may be replaced at the discretion of DWMEIGI DIRECT
    • As noted in (3), batteries are considered consumables, and replacement is strictly limited to defective batteries
    • Customization of the motor, gears, and controllers will void warranty claim
    • Normal wear and tear are not covered
    • DWMEIGI DIRECTmay not be exactly as shown in the photos on the DWMEIGI DIRECT' website and third party websites due to shortages of parts (related to the supply chain) and/or upgrades to components of the bikes. Substitution of parts is not considered sufficient cause for the return of a bike or replacement of parts
    • Bikes are only warrantied in the jurisdiction of sale
    • Warranty is not covered for replacement products
    • Warranty is non-transferable and proof of purchase must be provided upon request
    • Bikes purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered by this warranty
    • Upon request DWMEIGI DIRECTmay ask for images and videos for warranty verification purposes
    • While every effort is made to ensure quick processing of warranty claims DWMEIGI DIRECTrequires up to 30 days to process warranty claims

  • Original NAKTO parts and components covered by warranty can get one free replacement within 1-year limited warranty period and don’t need shipping cost, but components that are not covered by warranty will require shipping costs and fees for themselves.

Warranty Period

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receive the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only. The NationWide Limited Warranty applies for a period of ONE YEAR upon the original date of purchase. Proof of your purchase date (e.g. order confirmation) is required for valid warranty coverage.

Original NAKTO parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. Warranty can be used for an exchange of a component only once within the warranty period and with no shipping costs. If the components get the SECOND replacement, you need to pay for the shipping cost and the components themselves.

Limited Warranty Covers

Subjected to the terms, conditions, and limitations herein, NAKTO electric bikes warrant to the original retail purchaser of the bike that the motor, battery, controller, throttle, brake, and PAS system of the bike will be free from detection in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one year from the date of delivery. The Limited Warranty exists for the above-mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and cover the motor, battery, and controller. A rechargeable battery will experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is charged and discharged. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

Please kindly noted that NAKTO E-bikes are not designed for extreme use including contest and water wading.

Limited Warranty Does Not Cover

Minor imperfections and/or deviations from design specifications that do not materially alter the functionality of the Product;

Cosmetic damage to the outer surface/finishing and external parts of the Product, including without limitation cracks, dents, or scratches on the Product’s exterior;

Deterioration of the Product due to normal wear and tear;

Any parts that naturally and are expected to suffer wear and tear, including without limitation, tires, brake pads, calipers, handlebar grips, crankset, chain, saddles, pedals, dropouts, and bearings;

Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period of time are not covered by the terms of the warranty.

Defect or damage arising from any of the following:

  • a) Improper assembly;
  • b) Improper follow-up maintenance;
  • c) Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the product as sold;
  • d) Damage or failure due to accident, falls, misuse, abuse, or neglect;
  • e) Alterations of the product or the specifications (e.g. paintwork, changes of the geometry/proportions, inadmissible add-on parts etc.); or
  • f) Repair or maintenance by unauthorized dealer or workshop
  • g) Exceeding the weight limits or speed limits
  • h) Attempting to alter the programming of the electrical system, including, but not limited to increasing the speed limiter beyond 32km/hr.
  • i) Labor to repair or replace the covered component(s) unless otherwise specified in the warranty terms chart. This warranty is limited to parts replacement only.

Warranty Policy

Rambo bikes frames are warranted against factory defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as they remain the owner of Rambo bike. This warranty is nontransferable.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Rambo bikes warrants all bikes, enclosed hardware, and accessories to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year in accordance with the following terms:

  • The warranty period begins the day the bike is received and shall end immediately upon any sale or transfer of the bike to another person.
  • The bike must be registered by the original owner using the bike’s serial number within 30 days of receiving the bike.
  • * Extended warranty packages are available through a third-party vendor, offered at check out. Extended warranties start on the day the manufacturer’s warranty period ends.

  • * It’s important to note that Rambo reserves the right to utilize replacement parts from demo and lightly used inventory for warranty claims. Before incorporating these parts into your repair, their technical team will meticulously inspect them to ensure their suitability. This process ensures that your warranty claim is handled efficiently while maintaining the quality standards of the replacement parts.

MANUFACTURES WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, derailleurs, frame chips, kickstands, pedals, and crank arms.
  • Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the bikes owner’s manual, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, or water damage.
  • Any modifications made to the bike by the customer will void the warranty.
  • *Battery warranty does not include damage as a result of improper storage, water damage, normal wear, or improper charging.

Razor Limited Warranty

Here at Razor, we warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days (for electric powered products) and 6 months/180-days (for non-electric powered products) from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.

Razor’s Limited Warranty will be void if the product is ever:

  • used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation;
  • modified in any way;
  • rented.

Razor is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

Extended Warranties

Any missing parts at the time of purchased are covered under warranty. Please keep your original sales receipt in a safe place. We will need a copy of it to process any warranty request. You will also need the 19 digit product ID that is located on the long white sticker on the unit ready when calling. You can reach our Support Center at (800) 590-2738 Mon-Sun 8am-8pm EST.

International Disclaimer (for products purchased in United States or Canada being used outside the US or Canada)

The Razor product is produced for sale in the United States and Canada. The Razor Warranty for customers who intend to use it outside of the United States and Canada is not applicable. Razor products produced for and sold in international channels are warranted as applicable in such foreign countries. Call (800) 590-2738 or email support@electricbikeparadise.com for more details regarding Razor products that require service, were purchased in the United States or Canada, and are now outside the United States or Canada. On these products, which require service, consumers are responsible for all costs including shipping, resulting taxes, duties of replacement parts and local power adaptors at the owner’s expense.

To make a warranty claim always keep handy the E-Bike model, date of purchase, E-Bike serial number as well as the original order number from our website.

Every ECOTRIC electric bicycle purchased on our website comes with an 18 months warranty ( In the period of 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store) against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, battery, motor, controller, and display.

This warranty applies only to the original buyer of the ECOTRIC bicycle and is not transferable under any circumstances.The original buyer refers to the buyer who can provide the order number.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications.The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

  1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 18 months from purchase by Official Authorized Store. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
  2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from purchase.
  3. Original Batteries – Provide free warranty service from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 18 months from the date of purchase.
  4. The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.

  5. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 18 months main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
  6. Consumables: Components subject to wear are not covered by the warranty: Tires, inner tubes, brake lever, brake caliper,brake lines, brake pads, basket, wheel lining tape, light bulbs, LEDS, fuses, etc.

Exclusions: The other parts are Normal wear parts which are excluded from this warranty.

If any parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately after shipment arrival. ECOTRIC will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.

Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the Shipping costs of warranty parts.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from vehicle misuse, negligence or abuse.

Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.

Always keep receipts from any services performed to the vehicle by an authorized distributor or service center.

The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual.
  2. Cycling collision, accident or vehicle damage caused by careless parking
  3. Acts in violation of laws
  4. Never registered your ebike or cannot provide the order number
  5. DIY repairs on electronics
  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards .
  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time.
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity .
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects .
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps.
  13. If vehicle is used in competitions or racing.
  14. If vehicle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery.
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer.
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

Warranty

To make a warranty claim, always keep the vehicle model, date of purchase, vehicle serial number, and information from the retailer where you purchased the vehicle handy.

The warranty is limited to the terms listed below:

  • Frame, Suspension, Motor: 1 year for parts.
  • Controller, Charger: 1 year for parts.
  • Battery: Warranty on the battery starts the date of purchase of the vehicle as new. The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence or attempt to open or repair it will void the warranty.
  • General: The bicycle is backed up by a 1-year main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.

  • Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

Every Senada electric bicycle on our website comes with a 2 Years warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship on its frame, motor, controller, and display that could affect the electric bicycle's function.

Every Senada Li-ion battery on a Senada e-bike comes with a 1 Year warranty, the warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Senada offers battery service for a charge.

All rechargeable batteries are consumables and have a limited lifespan — eventually their capacity and performance decline such that they need to be replaced. As batteries age, they can contribute to changes in e-bike performance. A Senada Li-ion battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions.

This warranty applies only to the original registered owner of the Senada bicycle and is not transferable.

This limited warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, malfunctions, or failures due to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, damage or failure due to accident or other improper use, installation of third party components, parts, or accessories, or any products that have been modified from manufacturer’s specifications. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.

We highly suggest using a photo or a short video (no more than 25MB) to illustrate the issue when contacting us, it will help us diagnose the problem quickly and clearly, then provide further assistance to solve it.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE WARRANTY

For your reference, please refer to below comprehensive warranty:

  1. Frame – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for entire life. Paint finish is considered consumable and is not part of the warranty.
  2. Display, Controller and Motor Assembly – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 2 Years from purchase.
  3. Original Batteries – are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 Year from the date of purchase.
  4. During the year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.

    The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust).

    The battery is sealed and cannot be opened or fixed. The battery should not have a percentage of nominal charge retention of 60% or less. Misuse of the battery, negligence, or attempt to open or repair it without Senada and/or Senada authorized service provider's permission will void the warranty.

  5. General: The bicycle is backed up by a 2 Years main warranty, certain components listed on this chart or consumables may be subject to a different period of coverage or not included in this warranty.
  6. Consumables: Components subject to wear are NOT covered by the warranty: tires, inner tubes, chargers, brake lines, brake pads, rear rack, basket, crankset, pedals, fenders, wheel lining tape, spokes, light bulbs, LEDs, fuses, etc.

If any warranty included parts happen to be damaged during shipping, please contact us (with photo/video proof) immediately after shipment arrival. Senada will send a replacement part at our expense and will work with you to fix the issue.

Please note that for warranty issues, the customer is responsible for the cost of labor to install warrantied components, however, we will cover the shipping costs of warranty parts.

If the warranty is void for any reason the customer shall bear any repair or replacement costs resulting from bicycle misuse, negligence or abuse.

Always follow care and preventive maintenance procedures.

Always keep receipts from any services performed to the bicycle by an authorized distributor or service center.

The warranty will be voided by any of the following circumstances:

  1. Failure to follow all directions or recommendations listed in the user manual;
  2. Cycling collision, accident or bicycle damage caused by careless parking;
  3. Acts in violation of laws;
  4. If bicycle is resold;
  5. DIY repairs on electronics;
  6. Abusive use the bicycle in off-road terrain, mud, snow, water, sand, gravel and water;
  7. If the bicycle is used as rental unit;
  8. Damages caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes, lightning, fire, flooding and other hazards;
  9. Rust and/or paint fading caused to heavy exposure to rain, hail, snow or direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time;
  10. Overloading beyond recommended capacity;
  11. Damages caused by nails, needles, broken glass , debris , sharp rocks or other foreign objects;
  12. If the bicycle is used but not limited to stunts, jumping from ramps, stairs or elevated ramps;
  13. If bicycle is used in competitions or racing;
  14. If bicycle has been modified for any purposes on the motor, electrical system, suspension frame, and battery;
  15. Use of other components not approved by the manufacturer;
  16. Damages resulted from improper care and handling.

Due to the nature of the product some components must be exclusive from the manufacturer such as but not limited to the battery, motor, main gauge cluster, controllers, Led headlights, brake drums or disc rotors and pads etc. Other components such as tires, tubes, saddle, racks, baskets may be used from market-ready or compatible products previous approval from the retailer or manufacturer.

Micargi USA, Inc. offers a warranty on all parts for 6 months (battery and all electronic parts) and 1 year on the frames starting from the date received for all manufacturer defects. This warranty only covers bicycles and bicycle components purchased through Micargi Bikes or an authorized dealer. The warranty policy exists for abovementioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike. Subject to our inspection and evaluation, defective items may be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase.

Exclusions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note our warranty policy does NOT cover:

  1. Normal wear and tear;
  2. Paint damage and rust;
  3. Lost or damaged keys;
  4. Damage due to improper assembly or follow-up maintenance or lack of skill, competence or experience of the end user;
  5. Improper maintenance, including follow-up maintenance;
  6. Damage or failed use due to accidents, misuse, neglect, theft, or abuse;
  7. Any modification/installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bicycle as sold;
  8. Any components that have been modified or tampered with, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, controllers, etc.;
  9. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear;
  10. ALL warranties are void if the bike is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use of the bike.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or customized items) and items that have been modified. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch with us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to complete the return process for the item you would like to return. Once the return is processed and accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item. Your items are not guaranteed in stock and will only be reserved for you once your return items have been processed and accepted.

THE YUME SCOOTER LIMITED 12-MONTH WARRANTY

The warranty would be registered automatically when date the customer receives the scooter, During our warranty period, if you experience any problems with the construction or mechanical features of your e-scooter, please contact support@yumeway.com to start the warranty claim process. Our team will work with you to determine the proper solution to the issue and the best way to come to a proper fix.

If your e-scooter experiences any damages due to part quality issues, YUME will send the proper replacement part for repair along with the guide to safely replace the part in question.

-Damage to the e-scooter caused by collision

-Damage to the e-scooter caused by improper riding, overloading, or being placed in unsafe environments

  4. Any required parts, including parts shipping, are f ree of charge, in case you can repair this at home. YUME is also developing a network of service centers within the EU. Labor at our service center is f ree of charge. If you ship the scooter to our repair center, you will need to pay for shipping.

TERMS OF LIMITED WARRANTY:

This limited warranty is not meant to suggest or imply that the scooter cannot be broken or will last forever. It does mean that the scooter is covered subject to the terms of the limited warranty. This limited warranty is void if the scooter is subjected to abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.

Damage resulting f rom normal wear and tear, including the results of fatigue, is not covered. Fatigue damage is a symptom of the f rame being worn out through normal use. It is one kind of normal wear and tear, and it is the owner’s responsibility to inspect his/her scooter. Damage resulting from improper assembly or maintenance, or f rom the installation of parts and accessories not compatible with the YUME scooter, is not covered.

During the duration of this limited warranty, YUME will either repair any defective frame or component or, at our option, replace any defective f rame or component with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available.

This Limited Warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights. The consumer may also have other legal rights that vary f rom state to state or country to country. Some states and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this limited warranty does not apply, such determination shall not affect any other provision of this limited warranty and all other provisions shall remain in effect.

WARRANTY TERMS SPECIFIC TO E-SCOOTERS

This warranty pertains to any of the essential electric scooter components that are found defective, provided that the product was used in a standard and controlled manner and that it was maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions manual. Essential components include the scooter frame, electric motor, battery, display, and controller.

Corrosion on electrical components is not covered by the warranty. You should dry the contacts on the battery and other electrical parts to prevent corrosion and oxidizing. An electrical contact cleaner can be used to keep connections clean if needed. In extreme weather (for example, in a community where roads are salted in winter) you can apply battery terminal grease as a preventative.

FAQ ABOUT OUR WARRANTY

I crashed and damaged my scooter. Is warranty coverage available to me?

Sorry, crashes or accidents are not covered by the warranty policy. The warranty only covers defects in manufacturing, not damage f rom crashes.

We offer a five-year warranty on the frameset. All defective parts are covered by a one-year warranty (installation excluded). Parts that show signs of normal wear-and-tear and abusive use are not covered by the warranty. We will send you free of charge the required replacement part or you can bring your trike and the replacement part to your local bike shop for repair, at your own cost.

User Manual and Limited Manufacturer Warranty

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you have read the User Manual in full and accept the Limited Manufacturer Warranty Terms and Conditions for every item purchased.

Limited Warranty

Probity Cell LLC, dba Glīon® (“Probity Cell”) warrants to the first retail purchaser of this product that it is free from defect in materials and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase or 1,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper maintenance, storage or use of the Glīon electric scooter. This limited warranty will be void if the product is ever used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation, modified in any way, or rented.

If, during the limited warranty period, this product appears to contain a defect covered by this limited warranty, email support@electricparadise.com, for warranty service instructions. You will be required to have registered your purchase at www.glion scooter.com and provide a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair.

If you purchased your product directly from Probity Cell or authorized resellers that are not authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to send the product, pre-paid and insured, to our service center for warranty repair. You will be advised of shipping instructions in reply to your email. Please include a brief description of the problem and a dated proof-of-purchase receipt with any product returned for warranty repair. Products returned to Probity Cell for warranty repair, which upon receipt by Probity Cell are confirmed to be defective and covered by this limited warranty, will be repaired or replaced (at Probity Cell’s sole option) at no cost to you and returned pre-paid to customers located within the Continental United States. International customers (customer located outside of the Continental United States) will also be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Defective parts will be repaired or replaced with new or factory-rebuilt parts at Probity Cell’s option.

If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller that is authorized to perform warranty service, you will be required to return the product to that reseller for warranty repair.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD SET FORTH ABOVE, AND NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL EXIST OR APPLY AFTER SUCH PERIOD. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER NON-DEFECT DAMAGE, DAMAGE DUE TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER OPERATION, MAINTENANCE OR STORAGE OF THE PRODUCT (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ABUSE, MISUSE, FAILURE TO PROVIDE REASONABLE AND NECESSSARY MAINTENANCE, UNAUTHORIZED REPAIRS OR ANY ALTERATIONS TO THIS PRODUCT).

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL PROBITY CELL BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY IN CONNECTION WITH USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THIS PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL PROBITY CELL’S LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, BREACH OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE OR STRICT LIABILITY EXCEED THE COST OF THE PRODUCT COVERED HEREBY. NO PERSON IS AUTHORIZED TO ASSUME FOR PROBITY CELL ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THIS PRODUCT.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of consequential, incidental or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • All EUNORAU bikes are covered under our manufacturer's all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects.
  • Due to different production batches or improvements of Eunorau ebikes, different parts & accessories applied will be changed without prior notice. and we guarantees that equal or higher quality of the changed ones will be used for instead. so that difference parts & accessories can not use as the reason for quality return and/or after-sales service application

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

  • The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the warranty date would be started since the initial owner has received it.
  • As for the warranty transfer, the ebike transfer can only enjoy the warranty when the following two conditions are met at the same time:

    1. The under-warranty package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.

    2. You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

  • Warranty periods are subject to a 50% reduction for products utilized in rental applications.
  • EUNORAU will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

FRAMES:

  • EUNORAU ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 5 years base on frame production date.
  • This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacemen frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized EUNORAU.
  • EUNORAU reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of EUNORAU.
  • Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
  1. Corrosion
  2. Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
  3. Impact damage
  4. Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
  5. Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

BATTERIES:

  • EUNORAU batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.
  • At 85% and above, the capacity of battery is considered as a good health after 2 years of natural use.
  • During 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
  • No cash reimbursement will be made.
  • No warranty for defects or damage caused by water ingress.
  • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by EUNORAU only.
  • After the first year of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery (More detail, see below). Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new one-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
  1. Within 6 months -20%*sale price credit
  2. Within 12 months -10%*sale price credit
  3. Beyond 12 months -6%*sale price credit

  • In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damages:
  1. Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger.
  2. Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
  3. Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the bike for which it is specified.

Original other EUNORAU parts & components are covered by limited warranty, as following:

  1. 12 months: Mid-drive/Hub motor, Fork, Headset, Battery Base, Display, Controller, Pedal Sensor, Speed Sensor, Throttle, Motor Switch, Charger, Brake Lever, Dual Battery Converter, Programmer, Rear Shock, Rim, Bottom Bracket, Crankset, Disc Brake Caliper, Handlebar, Stem, Seat Post, Seat Post QR.

    * Note: the forward & return freight that the motor ships to official maintaince & repair department on your own expense.

  2. 6 months: Pedal, Hub, Kickstand, Derailleur Hanger, Gear Sensor, Front Light, Rear Light, Shifting Lever, Saddle Bag, Tailgate Pad.
  3. 3 months: Spoke, Cable & Wire.

  • No warranty other than shipping damage.

  • Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by EUNORAU.
  • The product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by EUNORAU with the Products.
  • Defects or damage caused by man-made damage, self-modification, improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
  • Defects or damage caused by artificially installed accessories that do not match the vehicle, so that the original accessories and other accessories are damaged, or errors cannot be technically identified and analyzed.
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.

TWO YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY

The warranty items covered by this paid service include Display, Controller, Battery, and Motor.

Warranty Claims

All claims to this warranty must be made through EUNORAU. and submitted to support@electricbikeparadise.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through EUNORAU within above specific period of initial purchase.

EUNORAU will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers need to provide us with evidences by email.

Shipping Damage Claims

In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service001@ebikerepairfactory.com and provide us with photo or video proof. Moreover, all free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

NOTE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products. REPAIR SERVICE for offline bicycle store, EUNORAU will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.

At Rattan, we provide 1 year warranty for Rattan ebikes. In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory. The Warranty will be activated at the date of order purchase. Please refer to the following table for the warranty for specific parts. The following parts are covered by our 1-Year Warranty

The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Rattan, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Rattan. The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.

  1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions
  2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by Rattan, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than Rattan,
  3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents
  4. The product has been in extreme environment (including extreme temperature or humidity), extreme physical or electrical stress or interference, fluctuation or surges of electrical power, lightning, static electricity, fire, acts of God or other external causes
  5. Anti-rust layer damage caused by misuse (the damage of anti-rust layer can lead to the corrosion and fracture of the parts).

Parts and Labor. Rattan may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Rattan to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Rattan the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Rattan determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Rattan will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by Rattan, that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by Rattan. The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.

  1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions

Parts and Labor. Rattan may provide both parts and labor, but may direct that you replace certain readily installable parts yourself, as described below. In most cases, we do not require you send the defective parts back to us. If applicable law requires Rattan to return a replaced item to you, you agree to pay Rattan the retail cost of the replacement item and shipping.

Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Parts Service. DIY Parts Service allows you to service your own product. If Rattan determines that DIY Parts Service is available to you, Rattan will ship to you a replacement part for your product. The replacement part will be accompanied by instructions on installation and any requirements for the return of the replaced part. Rattan reserves the right to decide if the labor costs relating to DIY Parts Service will be covered or not.

All Yamee bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service)

14-Days Money Back: For 14days after the date of delivery, return your Yamee product and receive a refund. Please refer to ‘Return & Refund policy’ for more information.

1-year Warranty: We offer 1-year warranty for the bike and battery with conditions.

The 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it. The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is ONLY under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

For second-hand bikes

You can enjoy the warranty only if(not optional):

  • The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it.
  • You have the initial owner's name & the initial order number.

For stolen bike

We are sorry that the stolen bike is not covered by the warranty. We recommend investing in a quality lock to protect your bike when you're not riding.

How to claim your warranty

Yamee will replace any and all component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error.

How to claim your warranty
  1. Claims

    All claims to this warranty must be made through Yamee and submitted to support@electricbikeparadise.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@electricbikeparadise.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Yamee within 1 years of initial purchase.

    Yamee will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customer needs to provide us with evidence by email.

  2. Claims

    In rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact support@electricbikeparadise.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

    All free accessories will not participate in the replacement or compensation if they cause scratches during transportation.

    NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

Exceptions

The warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs.   7. Where any of the seals on the Battery are broken or show evidence of tampering.
  8. Where the Battery or other component has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.
  9. The corresponding issues on battery(electrical components) and e-bike will not be covered by the warranty after using a battery that is not specific to your e-bike model. We do not recommend you to use a battery of other brands on Yamee e-bike, although the output voltage of the other's battery may also be 48V, the battery protection system may not be the same, there may be incompatible situations leading to damage to our motors and displays.

For added convenience and to enhance your overall experience, we recommend registering your King Bull bicycle upon purchase at www.kingbullbike.com. Although registration is not mandatory to benefit from this Warranty, it enables us to provide you with superior service and support in the future.

As explained in the following sections, King Bull warrants its Products against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with our published guidelines for a limited time from the date of original retail purchase. The guidelines encompass essential information found in technical specifications, user manuals, and service communications. "Original retail purchase" refers to the first-time purchase of the Product from an Authorized King Bull Retailer or directly from King Bull. Moreover, this Warranty may offer partial coverage that can be transferred to subsequent owners, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

PRODUCTS COVERED

I. Original Retail Purchaser Warranty:
  1. King Bull-branded frames and frame sets: King Bull warrants the structural integrity of the frame or frame set to the original retail purchaser for a period of two (2) years from the date of original retail purchase. This warranty does not cover paint and graphics. A frame set refers to an King Bull-branded frame equipped with a King Bull branded rigid fork. Suspension forks and suspension parts are not included in this definition.
  2. King Bull-branded components, equipment, and paint and graphics on King Bull-branded frames and frame sets: Enjoy a 2-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase. This includes parts such as motors and other drive system components on electric bicycles.
  3. King Bull-branded batteries equipped on electric bicycles:

    KingBull batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.

    During the first 2 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.

    No cash reimbursement will be made.

    Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by KingBull only.

  4. King Bull-branded accessories and items not otherwise specifically covered: After-sales service is only applicable to malfunction issues discovered within 15 days of receiving the goods.

II. Subsequent Owner Warranty:

If you are a subsequent owner, meaning you are the second or later owner, and not the original retail purchaser, the following warranties apply:

  1. King Bull-branded frames and frame sets, including paint and graphics, components, and equipment: Enjoy a 2-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase.
  2. King Bull-branded batteries equipped on electric bicycles:

    KingBull batteries are covered by a 2-year prorated warranty.

SUBSEQUENT OWNER CONDITIONS

Yes. The warranty period is always calculated from the date of original retail purchase and King Bull needs to be able to determine when and where the Product was purchased originally. Proof of purchase should be obtained from the original owner or the Authorized King Bull Retailer who sold the Product.

WARRANTY LABOR

You will not be charged for labor incurred in the processing of Warranty for one year from the original retail purchase date.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

  1. Proof of Purchase: To avail yourself of this Warranty, you must present a dated proof of the original retail purchase to King Bull. This requirement applies to both the original retail purchaser and subsequent owners. We kindly request you to retain and provide this proof of purchase when seeking warranty service.
  2. Warranty Limitation: King Bull reserves the right to limit warranty service to the country where the Product was originally purchased. Warranty claims will be processed according to the applicable warranty policies of the respective country.
  3. Warranty Coverage: During the duration of the Warranty, King Bull will provide one of the following options:
    • Repair: We will repair the Product to restore it to its original functionality.
    • Replacement: At King Bull's discretion, we may offer a replacement with the same or a comparable Product. Due to inventory constraints, the exact replacement part or color may not always be available.
  4. Return of Product for Replacement: If the Product is replaced, it is required to be returned to King Bull before the replacement is provided, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by King Bull. Rest assured, you will not incur any charges for shipping the Product to King Bull or for receiving the replacement product during the warranty process.

UNCOVERED ITEMS

This Warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not apply to damage caused by any of the following occurrences:

  • Improper Assembly or Installation: The Warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from improper assembly or installation of the Product. We strongly recommend following the assembly instructions provided with the Product or seeking professional assistance to ensure proper setup.
  • Crash, Neglect, Improper Repair, or Misuse: Damage caused by crashes, neglect, improper repair, or any form of abnormal, excessive, or improper use is not covered by the Warranty.
  • Corrosion: The Warranty does not cover damage caused by corrosion. Regular maintenance and care of the Product can help prevent corrosion and ensure its longevity.
  • Improper Alteration or Installation of Components: Any damage resulting from the improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the Product is not covered by the Warranty.
  • Failure to Perform Maintenance as Per Instructions: To keep the Product in optimal condition, regular maintenance and service must be performed at appropriate intervals following the written instructions provided with the Product. Failure to do so may void the Warranty.

WEAR AND TEAR

We want to ensure that you have a comprehensive understanding of our Warranty coverage. Wear and tear, as a natural consequence of regular use, is a common occurrence in bicycles. Please be aware that wear and tear items are not covered by this Warranty. Such items are subject to normal deterioration over time and may require periodic replacement and maintenance to maintain optimal performance.

Definition of Wear and Tear: Wear and tear refers to the natural and inevitable damage that occurs as a result of normal riding and regular exposure to the elements. Despite proper maintenance, certain components will gradually wear out and may need replacement overtime.

Examples of Wear and Tear Items: Below is a non-exhaustive list of typical wear and tear items that are not covered by this Warranty:

  • Bearings
  • Brake Pads
  • Chains
  • Free Hub Bodies
  • Handlebar Grips
  • Rubber Moving Parts
  • Shifter and Brake Cables and Casings
  • Spokes
  • Sprockets
  • Stripped Threads/Bolts
  • Tools
  • Transmission Gears

Paint and Graphics: Additionally, please note that scratches and other potential damage to the paint or graphics of your bicycle, resulting from normal use and exposure to the elements, are considered wear and tear and are not covered by this Warranty.

Minor Creaks and Noises: Over time, your bicycle may develop minor creaks or other noises during riding. Such occurrences are common and usually indicate a need for regular maintenance, which is considered part of wear and tear.

Maintain Optimal Performance: To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your bicycle, we recommend regular inspection, maintenance, and replacement of wear and tear items as necessary.

WARRANTY PROCESS INITIATION

The first step is to contact customer experience or an Authorized King Bull Retailer, depending on where the original purchase occurred. Your retailer or representative will inspect the Product and contact you for next steps. Contact your original Authorized King Bull Retailer or if purchased online, email us at support@electricbikeparadise.com.

We understand the importance of ensuring your Product arrives safely and in perfect condition. While our Warranty covers various aspects of your purchase, it's important to note that damage to a Product during shipping is not covered by this Warranty. However, we are committed to providing you with assistance in such situations.

Shipping Damage Replacement Process: In the unfortunate event that your Product sustains damage during the shipping process, we have a streamlined process for replacement. To qualify for a replacement, please adhere to the following steps:

  1. Notify King Bull of Damage: Notify King Bull of any damage to the Product incurred during shipping within thirty (30) days of the date of your receipt of the Product. Prompt notification is crucial to expedite the resolution process.
  2. Provide Pictures and/or Video: Promptly provide King Bull with dated pictures and/or a video showcasing the damaged Product. This documentation will aid us in assessing the extent of the damage.
  3. Return Original Packaging and Paperwork: Please retain and return all original packaging and paperwork that came with the Product. This will help facilitate the replacement process.
  4. Inspect Product Immediately: Inspect the Product immediately upon receipt to identify any damage incurred during shipping. Prompt inspection is vital to determine the shipping damage accurately.
  5. Note Damage on Bill of Lading: If you notice any immediately recognizable damage to the Product upon delivery, please note these damages in clear detail on the shipper's Bill of Lading before signing off on the shipment.

Non-King Bull Shipping Methods: If you choose to use your own independent shipping method, such as a freight forwarder or similar service, please note that King Bull will not be responsible for the replacement of any Products damaged during such shipping methods

DISCLAIMER OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES

This is a full and complete statement of king bull’s warranty for the product. No other representation of any kind by anyone shall create any warranty regarding the product. King bull’s liability under this warranty shall to the fullest extent permitted by law be no greater than the amount of the original purchase price and in no event shall king bull be liable for incidental or consequential damages or losses. This limitation does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by king bull’s negligence.

To the extent permissible under applicable law, king bull hereby disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose for the duration of this express limited warranty.

Some states, provinces, or countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or warranties, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. If it is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction that a certain provision of this Warranty does not apply, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Warranty Service

  1. The warranty starts on the date that the board is received and is valid for 6 months for X1 Pro Hub/Riot, Flex ER,Flex PRO, Wave Hub/Riot, X1 Max Riot/Hub, Atlas/Atlas Pro-2WD/4WD, and 12 months for Flex Riot/Hub. The customer must provide valid proof of purchase for warranty coverage.
  2. Batteries, ESCs, Remote Controls have a 6-month warranty (when the customer buys the parts separately) from the date the package is delivered to the customer.
  3. Other product accessories do not provide warranty service.
  4. Warranty Coverage

    The following accessories enjoy a 6-month warranty:

    The following parts or conditions are not covered by warranty
    1. Wheels, Bearings, Bushings, Belts, and Grip Tape are considered wearable and tear items and will not be covered.
    2. Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.
    3. Any damage outside of normal wear and tear.
    4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs of the product.
    5. The water-resistance of the skateboard is IP55, which is resistant to splashes and dust under normal conditions, but if you ride in a puddle or where the water level is high, or even immerse your skateboard in water, the water is likely to enter the electrical parts and damage the part.
    6. Please do not ride in the rain or any wet ground with water, this will cause a high risk of water damage and may cause the motor bearings to rust and make noise.
    7. Free products.
    Maintenance
    1. Avoid using in the rain, mud, or otherwise damaging conditions.
    2. After using your Exway, please use a clean rag to wipe the surface to avoid water stains and to prevent corrosion and dust accumulation.
    3. Do not clean the board with any chemicals or solvents.
    4. It is recommended to use a computer to charge the remote control, or please use a 5V, 1.5A charger to charge the remote control.
    5. Do not store the Exway in humid, high-temperature environments and away from flammable and explosive materials.
    6. If your skateboard will not be used for a long time, please store the charged skateboard and charge and discharge the product at least once a month to maintain the power at about 60%.
    7. All Exway skateboards use FOC sine-wave ESCs and therefore produce a slight humming sound when turned on.
    Self Maintenance:

    Thank to the modularization designs, it is easy to take off the parts from the unit. Exway can send customers dedicated replacement parts and tools for repairing and maintenance.

The Uscooters/E-twow warranty is a 1 year parts only warranty with a 9 month or 1200 mile battery warranty - whichever comes first. Battery warranties are for total failure not reduction in range over time.

Battery warranties are for total failure only not loss of range. Water damage voids any parts or battery warranty. Customer are responsible for all shipping costs on any parts that are sent out from our warehouse under warranty. The customer is also responsible for all shipping costs to and from our warehouse if the scooter is sent in for repair. Labor is not included but can be waived in some cases if the scooter is shipped to our facility during the first 45 days after receiving scooter. Water damage voids all warranty covered parts so please use good judgement if using in light rain. Our scooters are water resistant not waterproof with a rating of IPX4 so avoid puddles and heavy rains.

  • Only the original purchaser (name listed on the shipping address) is entitled to the limited warranty coverage which commences on the day the scooter is received by the customer. The warranty period is terminated on the first day of the second year of ownership, or when the scooter is resold or transferred to another individual (warranty is by no means transferable under any circumstances).

The warranty covers this product for one year from the date of purchase and includes the battery pack for total failure not a deduction in range. This warranty is limited to what is defined as “normal use” of the product; examples of activities or uses that would void the warranty include: exceeding the weight and/or speed limits (check individual model specifications as weight and speed limits differ); impacts resulting from collision, dropping, water damage or improper use.

While the products are designed with water protection in mind, they are not intended to be ridden in heavy precipitation or standing water above 2 inches high. The scooters are water resistant not water proof so avoid heavy rain and deep puddles.

Warranties are solely for the original owners and not transferable

Consumables such as tires and inner tubes are outside of the scope of the warranty. We stock a wide variety of parts such as tires and inner tubes, batteries, control boards, chargers, and other components in the U.S. We can repair or replace faulty parts that fall outside of the warranty at an additional charge.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect or normal wear and tear including but not limited to, riding on dirt or uneven surfaces, damage due to excessive sun exposure, damage caused by improper handling or storage, damage caused by impact, damage caused by use in contravention of local law, or damage caused by anything other than defects in material and workmanship. Water damage is not covered under any part of the warranty.

Parts purchases have a 60 day warranty for defective parts only. Defective parts must be shipped back to our service center for inspection before warranty can be approved. If parts or scooters are damaged by water or dropping of the scooter they will not be covered under any warranty.

Warranty parts are on a parts exchanged basis only, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Repair services are available with the cost of labor not included through our network of dealers in the United States and Canada or by shipping the scooter back to Uscooters. The buyer must pay all shipping costs when returning scooter back to the office for repairs. Normal wear and tear, damages caused by abuse, accident or lack of reasonable care, non-observance of the instructions for use, poor maintenance, and modification of the product are not covered under the warranty. A replacement part shall be covered for the time remaining in the original product’s warranty

Bixpy warrants its hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship as follows:

  • Bixpy J-1, J-2, & K-1 Motors - 1 year
  • Bixpy Outboard batteries (PP-378 & PP-768) - 1 year
  • Bixpy Power Bank (PP-166 & PP-77) - 2 years
  • All Bixpy Adapters and accessories - 1 year
  • Bixpy lifestyle products - 90 days
  • Bixpy third party items - please contact manufacturers for warranty claims

All warranty periods start from the date of original purchase, provided the purchase was made from an authorized Bixpy Dealer or directly from Bixpy or the Bixpy website. Bixpy warranty does not include damage from accidents and is void if the equipment is opened, altered, misused, mishandled, maladjusted, suffers excessive wear or is serviced by any parties not authorized by Bixpy LLC. Bixpy Jets are made for recreational consumer use and are not warrantied for commercial or rental use.

The warranty does not include transportation costs incurred because of the need for service. Except for such repair or replacement, the sale, processing or other handling of this Bixpy products is without warranty, condition or other liability even though the defect or loss is caused by negligence or other fault. Bixpy assumes no liability for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product whether as a result of a defect or not and whether such defect is covered under warranty or not. In no event shall Bixpy be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.

As part of warranty servicing, Bixpy reserves the right to make changes in design and improve upon its products without obligation to install these improvements in any of its products previously manufactured and sold. Returns or replacements of parts and/or products may be subject to shipping, handling, replacement and/or restocking fees.

BEFORE you send us anything back, please contact our customer service to discuss your issue and obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). There are limitations on shipping lithium-ion batteries and we will not accept service returns without prior arrangements. We are not equipped to handle walk-in traffic at our headquarters in San Diego, so even if you are local, please do not bring your product to our offices unless you have made prior arrangements.

The Glarewheel One-Year Limited Warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note: All claims made under the Glarewheel One-Year Limited Warranty will be governed by the terms set out in this warranty document.

Your Glarewheel product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when used in accordance with Glarewheel `s user manuals. Under this warranty, you will be able to direct your claims to Glarewheel even in situations where you purchased the Glarewheel Product from one of our authorized retailers. If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Glarewheel at its option will

(1) repair or replace the Product at no charge using new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability,

(2) provide replacement new parts or parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or

(3) refund the original purchase price (for rideglarewheel.com orders only). This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts such as batteries, throttles, kickstands, lights and other external components, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship

(ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

(iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

IMPORTANT RESTRICTION FOR SERVICE.

Glarewheel may restrict warranty service for products to the country where Glarewheel or its Authorized Distributors originally sold the device. Glarewheel will provide warranty service through one or more of the following options:

(i) Mail-in service. If Glarewheel determines that your Product is eligible for mail-in service, Glarewheel will send you a prepaid label so that you may ship your Product to a Glarewheel Return location. Glarewheel will pay for shipping to and from your location if instructions regarding the method of packaging and shipping the Product are followed. We do not provide packing materials for returned items. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all returns are properly packaged. The customer has 30 days to submit their prepaid package from the date of Glarewheel’s creation of a prepaid label. Failure to submit the Product within the 30 days will result in the expiry of the prepaid label and the cancellation of the warranty claim. In the event that this should occur, a new warranty claim may be made by the customer.

(ii) Do-it-yourself (DIY) parts service. DIY parts service allows you to service your own Product. If DIY parts service is available in the circumstances, the following process will apply.

Glarewheel will ship a replacement product or part to you with installation instructions, if applicable, and any requirements for the return of the replaced product or part. If you follow the instructions, Glarewheel will cancel the credit card authorization, so you will not be charged for the product or part and shipping to and from your location. If you fail to return the replaced product or part as instructed or return a replaced product or part that is ineligible for service, Glarewheel will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.

(2) Service where Glarewheel does not require return of the replaced product or part. Glarewheel will ship you free of charge a replacement product or part accompanied by instructions on installation, if applicable, and any requirements for the disposal of the replaced product or part.

(3) Glarewheel is not responsible for any labor costs you incur relating to DIY parts service. Should you require further assistance, contact Glarewheel at the telephone number listed below.

(4) Glarewheel does not provide return shipping boxes or packaging materials. It is the customers responsibility to properly package and ship device to Glarewheel to avoid damage in shipping.

(5) Glarewheel will not be responsible for shipping costs, in cases where prepaid Mail-In service is Not eligible.

(6) Glarewheel does not cover minor surface blemishes, rips, tears, or other cosmetic damages due to normal use, or other intentional or unintentional damage to the product.

(7) Glarewheel does not cover products sold second hand, open box, including but not limited to floor models (unless manufacturer’s warranty approved upon date of purchase). Refurbished equipment, equipment sold without a manufacturer’s warranty or sold “as is”.

(8) Glarewheel does not cover products manufactured more than 2 years prior to claim date (serial number).

Service options, parts availability and response times may vary. If you require service in a country where Glarewheel does not maintain an Glarewheel Retail Store or Glarewheel Authorized Service Provider (“AASP”), service options may be limited. If a given service option is not available for the Glarewheel Product in such country, Glarewheel or its agents shall notify you about any additional

    (i) death or personal injury pursuant to any mandatory law on product liability;

    (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;

    (iii) intentional misconduct or gross negligence;

    (iv) or a culpable breach of major contractual obligations. A damages claim based on a breach of major contractual obligations or gross negligence will be limited to foreseeable damage typical for the sale contract concerned.

If you follow the instructions, Voltaic will cancel the credit card authorization, so you will not be charged for the product or part and shipping to and from your location. If you fail to return the replaced product or part as instructed or return a replaced product or part that is ineligible for service, Voltaic will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.

    (2) Service where Voltaic does not require return of the replaced product or part. Voltaic will ship you free of charge a replacement product or part accompanied by instructions on installation, if applicable, and any requirements for the disposal of the replaced product or part.

However, customers are responsible for shipping costs outside of the US. Residents of Quebec are governed by that province’s consumer protection legislation.

ALL VONAX MODELS COVERED: All electronic bicycles sold by VONAX, (“VONAX,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) come with a Limited Warranty (as defined below) for the original retail purchaser.

PROOF OF PRODUCT REGISTRATION AND ORIGINAL PURCHASE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR VALID WARRANTY COVERAGE.

1. Warranty. Subject to the terms, conditions and limitations herein, VONAX warrants to the original retail purchaser of the bike that (i) the frame, fork and electronics of the bike will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of delivery, and (ii) the battery will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for one (1) year from the date of delivery or 500 life cycles, whichever comes first (the “Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty exists for above mentioned defects that were already present at the time of delivery of the bike and covers the battery, motor, controller, display and sensors. Like any rechargeable battery, Vonax rechargeable battery pack may experience a decrease in capacity over time as it is subjected to charge and discharge cycles. VONAX warranties that your battery pack will maintain 70% or higher capacity for at least 500 charge cycles or 1 year, whichever comes first. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of an improper charger, water or moisture damage, improper maintenance, or such other misuse or normal wear.

This warranty is only valid for the first buyer. Any other remedy, such as compensation for damages of any kind or loss of use, is excluded. The warranty period cannot be extended by granting an additional warranty.

2. Remedies. If the original retail purchaser notifies VONAX, authorized dealer or the retail location from where the bike was purchased of a warranty claim within the applicable warranty period set forth above, VONAX will evaluate the warranty claim. The purchaser will be responsible for shipping the bike to the location notified by VONAX. If VONAX determines that the Limited Warranty covers the defective part, VONAX will replace or repair the defective part, at VONAX’s sole discretion, without charge to the buyer and reimburse the shipping cost incurred by the purchaser. If the defective part is not covered by the Limited Warranty,

VONAX shall repair or replace the defective part at the purchaser’s cost and the purchaser will also be responsible for the shipping costs.

3. Requirements for this Limited Warranty to apply. The original purchaser provides proof that the bike was purchased from VONAX or one of its authorized dealers or distributors.

The person seeking warranty coverage is the original and first owner of the bike (warranty is not transferable in the case of a re-sale).

The bike was used in accordance with its intended purpose. The VONAX bike is intended for use on paved road.

The electronics including connectors and cables have not been repaired or modified.

4. Exclusions. This Limited Warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear of the product.
  • Damage or failure from abuse, neglect, misuse, or accident.
  • Damage from off-road or stunt riding, ramp jumping, acrobatics or similar activities or any activity that is not consistent with the intended use of the bike.
  • Damages resulting from improper charging of the battery pack or use of any charger not supplied by VONAX or its dealers.
  • Paint damage or rust
  • Installation of any third-party parts, accessories, or electrical or mechanical components.
  • Any components that have been modified or tampered with, including but not limited to tires, brake pads, chains, lights, motors, battery packs, displays, controllers, etc.
  • Damage associated with commercial use or rental operations.
  • Lost or damaged keys.
  • Damage caused by stunt riding, racing, or other abusive treatment.
  • Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible.
  • Any defects or damages caused by actions that are inconsistent with any guidance or warnings set forth in any owner’s manuals or product instructions.
  • Products purchased or used outside the United States.

In addition to the above, the following circumstances will void this Limited Warranty:

  • If the bike is used for any purpose other than the reasonable intended use of the bike.
  • If electrical parts have been repaired or modified by a person not authorized by VONAX.

This is a consumer warranty and does not apply to products used commercially or in rental operations.

5. Wear and Tear. Some components of your bike are subject to wear owing to their function. The extent of wear depends on the care, maintenance and nature of the use of your VONAX (mileage, climate and road conditions, etc.). Bikes that are often left outside can also be subject to increased wear due to weathering.

For safety, the parts must be replaced once they reach their wear limit.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • The drive chain or toothed belt;
  • The brake cables;
  • The brake pads;
  • The brake disc rotors;
  • The rubber handgrips;
  • The sprockets, pinions, or toothed belt discs;
  • The gear cables;
  • The tires;
  • The saddle cover;
  • The rims;
  • The bearings in the headset, hubs, and bottom bracket.

The brake pads and disc rotors are subject to wear owing to their function.

Check the condition of the pads regularly and, if necessary, have them replaced by a specialist dealer.

Brake disc rotors also wear out. Regularly have the thickness of the brake disc rotors checked as part of inspection and replace the components, if necessary. Replacing these parts due to wear, is not subject to the statutory warranty.

Environmental factors cause wear on these moving parts. These areas must be regularly cleaned and maintained. Depending on the operating conditions, it cannot be ruled out that parts will have to be replaced due to wear (e.g. if bearing play starts to occur). You must contact your dealer before arranging repairs in order to ensure the quickest and most cost-effective way to deal with your issue.

Shipping and disassembly instructions from either the dealer or VONAX must be followed.

Otherwise warranty service will not be provided.

Failure to comply with the assembly specifications and inspection intervals can void the warranty and liability for defects.

Parts that must be replaced due to wear are not covered under this Limited Warranty.

6. Other Limits to this Limited Warranty.

(a) EXCLUSIVITY OF WARRANTY

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE FULL EXTENT OF VONAX’S RESPONSIBILITIES AND THE CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY

AGAINST VONAX WHETHER BASED UPON WARRANTY, STATUTE, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY), INDEMNITY, MISREPRESENTATION OR ANY OTHER BASIS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE SOLE WARRANTY MADE BY VONAX REGARDING THE BIKE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS AND REMEDIES, WHETHER WRITTEN, ORAL, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND THOSE ARISING BY STATUTE OR OTHERWISE IN LAW OR FROM THE COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. VONAX DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE BIKE (OR ANY COMPONENT THEREOF) WILL MEET ANY OR ALL OF THE CUSTOMER’S PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES AND ACCEPTS THAT ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCONSISTENT WITH THE TERMS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY THAT MAY BE CONTAINED, OR REFERRED TO, IN ANY STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE OF THE CUSTOMER (OR ANY OTHER DOCUMENT OR WRITING PRODUCED BY OR ON BEHALF OF THE CUSTOMER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, PURCHASE ORDERS, CONFIRMATIONS AND

PECIFICATIONS) ARE EXPRESSLY REJECTED AND EXCLUDED.

THE CUSTOMER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT IT IS NOT RELYING ON ANY STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES MADE BY ANY INDIVIDUAL ACTING ON BEHALF OF VONAX AS SUCH INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER EMPLOYEE OR AGENT, IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE STATEMENTS, REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT EXCEED THOSE SET FORTH IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. NOTHING IN ANY ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION, PRODUCTION INFORMATION OR ADVERTISEMENTS IS INTENDED TO CREATE OT BE CONSTRUED AS AN EXPRESS WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE BIKE. NO AGENT, EMPLOYEE, DEALER, REPRESENTATIVE OR RESELLER IS AUTHORIZED TO MODIFY OR EXTEND THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR TO MAKE BINDING REPRESENTATIONS OR CLAIMS, WHETHER IN ADVERTISING, PRESENTATION OR OTHERWISE.

THE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS CONTAINED IN THIS BASE WARRANTY MAY NOT BE MODIFIED, ALTERED OR WAIVED BY ANY ACTION, INACTION OR REPRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR IN WRITING, EXCEPT IN WRITING SIGNED BY VONAX’S DULY AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE.

(b) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VONAX OR ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS AND ITS AFFILIATES’ RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, MANUFACTURERS OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO CUSTOMER, ITS PARENT, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES OR CUSTOMERS OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF

REVENUE OR PROFITS, INTEREST, LOST GOODWILL, WORK STOPPAGE.

IMPAIRMENT OF OTHER GOODS, LOSS BY REASON OF SHUTDOWN OR NONOPERATION, INCREASED EXPENSES OF OPERATION, COST OF PURCHASE OF REPLACEMENT PARTS OR VEHICLES OR CLAIMS BY CUSTOMER OR CUSTOMER’S CUSTOMERS FOR SERVICE OPERATION OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, AGGRAVATED OR RELIANCE DAMAGES, HOWEVER ARISING, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY, CONTRACT, STATUTE, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER THEORY OF LIABILITY), MISREPRESENTATION OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF VONAX IS MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

YOUR RIGHTS MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. SOME STATES AND JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, OR THE DISCLAIMER OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND THEY DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

7. Dispute Resolution. We strive to keep our customers happy, and we will do our best to resolve disputes relating to a product or purchase under this Limited Warranty.

YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WITH VONAX ARISING IN ANY WAY FROM THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE SALE, VALUE, CONDITION OR PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT MUST BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH FINAL AND BINDING ARBITRATION AND NOT BY A COURT OR JURY. BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU ARE WAIVING IMPORTANT RIGHTS, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO BRING AN ACTION IN A COURT OF LAW OR EQUITY.

The arbitration will be before a single arbitrator, whose award must not exceed,in form or amount, the relief allowed by the applicable law. The arbitration will be conducted in accordance with JAMS consumer arbitration rules and procedures or other arbitration procedures appropriate for use in consumer disputes. The arbitration provision is entered into pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, and the substantive laws of the State of California, without reference to its choice of law principles, will otherwise govern the interpretation of the Limited Warranty and all disputes that are subject to this arbitration provision. The arbitrator will decide all issues of interpretation concerning this Limited Warranty and the arbitration provision.

Any such dispute will not be combined or consolidated with a dispute involving any other persons’ or entity’s product or claim, and specifically, without limitation of the foregoing, must not under any circumstances proceed as part of a class action or collective action. It is the intent of the parties that any and all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only, and that the arbitrator will not have the power to award class or collective relief.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Wire transfers are required for large orders. No type of check under any circumstance will be accepted. All merchandise remains property of MotoTec USA until payment is realized.

Returns:

MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items:

MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service & Shipping Insurance)

MotoTec USA is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order or if shown with picture delivery. This is because FedEx will automatically deny all claims without signature. If a product is not received, FedEx advises the customer to file a police report for theft and claim it on homeowner’s insurance. We also offer shipping insurance through FedEx for an additional fee. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx will pay the entire insured value, but if additional insurance is not on the package, they will only cover the minimum $100 insurance plus the original shipping charge. Example of no coverage: If insurance is on a package, but the package is delivered without a signature and the customer claims they did not receive it, FedEx will not pay the claim. Only when lost in transit, not after showing delivered.

Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures:

Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. MotoTec USA is not responsible for original or return shipping fee's should the spec's or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

Extra Shipping Fee's:

For LTL Shipments, if the customer is not reachable by the phone number provided on the order, the shipping carrier will charge daily storage fee's until the customer is available or the item is returned. The customer is responsible for any and all of these extra fee's. We also try to help mitigate these storage fee's by authorizing the carrier to drop the product in the driveway, when this occurs, we are not responsible for theft and the customer will be charged for the lift gate fee. If the customer is not available and it cannot be dropped off, such as an apartment building, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well.
When shipping to Canada or other countries, our website will only charge shipping. Fedex and other carriers will bill the customer directly for the Custom/Duty fee's. The customer is responsible to pay the carrier directly.

Guarantee:

MotoTec USA products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. MotoTec USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify MotoTec USA immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by MotoTec USA (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted.

Product Use:

Some products sold by MotoTec USA may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds MotoTec USA and its owners harmless of any liability.

We sourced all Bikonit e-bikes from reliable suppliers such as Bafang, RST, LG Chem, Sram, Sturmey Archer, Tektro, Kenda, Maxxis, SR, etc. Every Bikonit e-bike was built under a strict production processing and QC system. If you come across with any questions, our warranty policy is as follows:

We sourced Qualiebikes from reliable suppliers like Samsung, KT, Wuxing, Dahon supplier systems. So Qualibikes are pretty durable. If you have any problems, our warranty policy is as follows:

The manufacture warrants Qualisports bike frames and forks to be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This includes a five-year warranty on frame and fork.

Consumables such as tires, tubes, saddles, grips, brake cables, pedals, and chains are not covered.

All other components and add ons such as racks will have a one-year warranty (Carry bags have no warranty). Please do note the limit load of racks is 25KG.

Warranty is valid only in the Continental United States only.

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper assembly
  • Improper follow-up maintenance
  • Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold

WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

All Euy bikes are covered under our 1-year, all-inclusive manufacturer's warranty for the owner against all manufacturing defects. (All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty is registered automatically when the initial purchaser orders and then receives the product from our online shop and applies to the initial purchaser only.

As for warranty transfer, the ebike transferee can only benefit from the warranty when both of these conditions are met:

The 1-year package hasn't expired since the initial owner has received it;

The new owner has the initial purchaser’s name and the original order number.

COVERED PRODUCTS

Euybike will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment), except in case of user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

Euybike Frame: Euy ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 years.

Euybike Battery: 1-year warranty from the date of original retail purchase or up to 300 charging cycles, whichever occurs first.

Euy ebike accessories and items not otherwise expressly covered: 1 year warranty from date of original purchase.

This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges associated with transferring parts to replacement frames are not included. An authorized Euybike service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.

Euybike reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at Euybike’s discretion.

Frame issues excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

  • Corrosion
  • Paint fade, scratches, and impact marks
  • Impact damage
  • Non-reversible modification (such as drilling or welding)
  • Chain guard mounted to the frame, if applicable
  • Batteries
  • Euybike batteries are covered by a 1-year prorated warranty.
  • During the first 1 years of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery will remain unchanged from the original purchase date.
  • After the first 1years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at a prorated cost will come with a new 1-year warranty based on the prorated purchase date.
  • No cash reimbursement will be made.
  • Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by Euybike only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemical exposure, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electricalor electromechanical stress;
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by Euybike;
  • Products that have the serial number or bar-code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;
  • Ordinary wear and tear;
  • Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Euybike for the Products;
  • Defects or damage caused by the assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment of the Products in a manner that varies from the Assembly Instructions or Owner's Manual;
  • Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorms, lightning, earthquakes, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuses, or improper use of any electrical source.
  • In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from following actions or situations:
  • Charging with a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery;
  • Using a battery charger improperly;
  • If any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;
  • If the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified.

Parts & Components

Original Euybike parts and components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty. (If more than 15 days have passed since the date of receipt of the bike, the replacement of parts within the warranty period will require shipping costs.)

  • This Limited Warranty does not cover:Parts compromised by corrosion due to exposure to the elements (moisture, heat, etc.);
  • Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product;

  • Labor charges for part replacement or changeover;
  • Defects or damage resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Euybike;

CLAIMS PROCESS

  1. Warranty ClaimsAll claims to this warranty must be made through Euybike and submitted to service@euybike.com. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product is required to be submitted alongside any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, you are encouraged to contact euybike via service@euybike.com, as there may be a simple fix for your problem that does not necessitate filing a claim. Valid warranty claims made within 1 years of initial purchase will be processed through euybike.

    euybike will not replace any part without first seeing photos or video of the damaged product. Customers must provide this evidence by email.

    Attention: euybike will offer free components and replacement parts (while shipping fees are not included), and any installation fees will not be covered by euybike without the after-sales team’s authorization.

  2. Shipping Damage ClaimsIn rare instances, the item received may be damaged during transportation. If shipping damage occurs, please contact service@euybike.com and provide us with photo or video proof.

In the event that the processing of a warranty claim requires shipping, any such shipping charges are the responsibility of the bicycle's/scooter's owner. During the duration of this limited warranty, GOTRAX will either repair any defective frame or component, or, at our option, replace any defective frame or component with the same or most nearly comparable model or component then available. An authorized GOTRAX service representative will determine if the frame meets the replacement standard.

GOTRAX reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at GOTRAX discretion.

All wearing parts are exceptions - tires, tubes, and brake pads, among others.

  • What is your return policy? We only accept return within 30 days under the New condition with all accessories in the original package, customer needs to pay for return shipping cost to our closest facility advised by our support team. (Special Holiday Season extend return window starts from Nov. 15th 2023 to Jan. 15th 2024, other return policy remain the same) Company will provide a refund for the Product(s) not including any shipping charges. Follow below steps to return the Product(s) purchased through our Website within Thirty (30) days of the date that we deliver the applicable Product (s):
  1. Contact our Support team via email to initiate the return request and obtain authorization for return.
  2. Create a shipping label addressed to “Backfire Returns” and Make sure include the original order no on the shipping label or in the package, or obtain a return label from our team.
  3. Pack the Products in the original packaging to ensure the Products will be returned without damage.
  4. Once the package is received by us and confirmed in brand new condition, we will issue the refund less the shipping charge in three (3) business days with an email confirmation. If the board is actually used or damaged, a 15% restocking fee & cost of damaged parts will be deducted from the refund.
  • What is the refund policy? We do NOT refund once board is shipped except the return as brand new condition within 30 days. Customer has to pay for the return shipping cost. No shipping fee will be refunded.
  • What is the warranty policy? We offer 6 months (180 days) warranty on Backfire Electric Skateboards from the date when you receive the product. Parts purchased from Backfire separately has a 90 days warranty. 1 year (365 days) warranty apply to Backfire Ranger X3 and Backfire Hammer only.
  • If a defect arises during the Warranty Period, Company will, at is options: 1). Send the new parts to replace the defect parts. Most of the parts are fairly easy to be replaced under our design with our YouTube video instructions. 2). exchange the affected Products with functionally equivalent Products that are new or formed from new and/or previously used parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability. This warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (grip tape, wheels, belts, hardware & bearings) unless due to a defect in materials or workmanship; and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.

Safety Warning: If you rode on wet ground with a risk of water entering your battery, please remove and check your battery. If there is any evidence of moisture, including water stains, disconnect the battery from your board immediately.

Do not charge or use it!

Keep the battery in a dry and fire resistant place to avoid potential fire risk (such as a sealed bucket outdoors).

Do not keep a potentially water damaged battery indoors.

Do not ship a potentially water damaged battery for service.

Moisture inside a battery pack can cause corrosion and short circuits in electronics such as the BMS, lighting or USB boards.

This may occur in days or weeks after water ingress.

The Li-ion batteries in your pack contain lithium cobalt oxide and organic solvents. These components can self-sustain a fire when a battery subjected to short circuits, excessive heat, and other stresses.

  1. Be sure to wear protective gear and a helmet when using this electric skateboard.
  2. There are risks of serious or fatal injury from collision, loss of control, and unexpected falls while using this electric skateboard. It is your sole responsibility to learn safely to ride this electric skateboard to reduce the risks: please read our user’s manual carefully and learn how to turn, accelerate and brake this electric skateboard. Backfire recommends you start with the beginner’s (low speed) mode first before using the sports (high speed) mode. Please use this electric skateboard reasonably within the control of your own abilities. Do not use this electric skateboard on dangerous road sections or big downhills. Do not use this electric skateboard at night or poor visibility environment to avoid accidents. Backfire will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by the user in accidents.
  3. Children under 14 years old must use this electric skateboard under the adult's supervision; or please place the product where children can't reach.
  4. Please abide by local traffic regulations and laws to ride this electric skateboard; please respect other drivers and pedestrians on the road.
  5. Please do frequent maintenance checks: before riding makes sure screws are tight and wheels are in good conditions. Do not charge the battery if the board and battery are wet. Please make sure to keep the board in dry conditions before charging.
  6. Please do not open the battery or controller cases without direction from Backfire tech support, please do not modify the wiring or controller, please do not install the electric parts from other suppliers to the Backfire electric skateboard, which will terminate the warranty immediately.

FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS IN UNITED STATES, HERE ARE THE PROCESSES:

  1. Contact our Support Team via email to provide your order number in email subject and detail information of the defectiveness, some photos or a short 15 seconds video will be helpful. A prepaid return label will be provided to you viaemail once the case of warranty is confirmed. (Kindly keep in mind: our tech support bases on the information you provide with us and according to our best experiences and knowledge with the product to diagnose and determine the issue, the better information you could provide, the quick the process can be)
  2. Pack the products in original packaging or mail in a sturdy box to ensure the products will be returned without damage.
  3. Once the products are received and fixed, you will receive an email detailing the warranty service along with the return shipment tracking number.

Manufacturer's warranty applies exclusively to new complete skateboards purchased from Backfire Skateboards website, , and our. Skateboards purchased elsewhere(unauthorized reseller), used condition, or second hand are NOT covered under our standard warranty. Backfire Skateboards reserves the final right to explain the details of above policy.

ATOM LONGBOARDS WARRANTY POLICY

Atom Longboards warrants Atom products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original retail purchaser for a period of thirty (30) days from the original date of retail purchase. Warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials. The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to misuse or abuse, modifications to the product, damage incurred in competition or commercial use, or damage due to improper assembly or repairs.

ATOM ELECTRIC WARRANTY POLICY

Atom Electric warrants products against defects in workmanship and/or materials to the original retail purchaser for a period of six (6) months from the original date of retail purchase. A copy of receipt from authorized Atom dealer must be provided with any warranty claim.

Warranty is limited to manufacturer's defects in workmanship or materials.

The warranty is void if the product is damaged due to any of the following:

  • - accident or impact;
  • - misuse or abuse;

To benefit from the limited warranty, the customer is advised to read EVOLV Rides (“EVOLV”) Limited Warranty terms together with the “important” and “care and maintenance” sections provided in the user manual. This limited warranty applies to the extent permitted by law and unless restricted or prohibited by law.

LIMITED WARRANTY DETAILS

EVOLV warrants that EVOLV Electric Vehicles (“Products” or “Product”), distributed by EVOLV, are free from defects in material and workmanship. Limited Warranty is applicable under the following terms and conditions:

  1. This Limited Warranty is terminated on the first day of the second year of ownership, when the scooter mileage reaches 3001 km, or when the scooter is resold to another individual. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable.

  3. This Limited Warranty covers the following component parts (“Components”) of the Product only, during the Warranty Period:

    • Scooter stem;
    • LED lights; and
    • Electrical wiring and components.

      The following components are covered only if defects are reported within the first 30 days or 10 KM of use (whichever comes first):

    • Rims
    • Brake calipers
    • Brake discs
    • Kickstand
    • Forks
  4. During the Warranty Period, EVOLV or its authorized service centres will repair or replace, at EVOLV’s SOLE DISCRETION, any defective Components with new or factory rebuilt replacement items, and return the Products to the customer in working condition, provided that the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty are met. All defective Products or Components that have been replaced shall become the properties of EVOLV.
  5. Products and/or components that have been repaired or replaced pursuant to the paragraph above will be covered by this Limited Warranty for the balance of the Warranty Period.
  6. This Limited Warranty will only be effective when presented together, to either EVOLV or its authorized centers, with proof of date and place of purchase of Products such as the purchase receipt.

WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear of any covered component.
  • Products used for commercial purpose(s) including but not limited to leasing/hiring, use in competitions etc
  • Any logistical costs of returning the Product to EVOLV or its authorized service centres for servicing or the cost of returning the Product to the customer after servicing.
  • Defects or damages resulting from the use of the Product(s) other than its normal and customary manner as stated in the user manuals accompanying the Products.
  • Battery failures resulting from water damage (including exposure to moisture or dampness), improper charging, power surges, aftermarket chargers, lack of proper winter storage, seals of the battery enclosure or cells being broken or tampered with, and/or the battery was used in equipment other than its intended use;
  • Defects or damages from improper storage, exposure to moisture or dampness, modifications, connections, misuse (including but not limited to exceeding manufacturer’s published weight limit), neglect, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, or other acts which are not the fault of EVOLV, including damage caused by dropping, blown fuses, spills of food or liquid.
  • Loss of screws or stripped screws due to over forcing.
  • Unauthorized service center repairs.
  • Product rusting, blemishes, and/or loss of colour due to sun exposure and usage.
  • Defects or malfunctions of the product not notified by the customer during the Warranty Period.
  • Any orders that have received a chargeback.
  • Products that have had their serial numbers removed or tampered with.

DISCLAIMER:

  • The customer understands the risk of serious injury or death in the operation of such products and shall agree to take the necessary precautions and exercise good judgement to avoid hazards and dangerous situations which may result in serious injury or death.
  • The customer shall agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVOLV from all injuries or death arising from the operation of the product.
  • The use of safety and protective gear such as bicycle helmets is strongly encouraged. And so is the use of Good Judgement.
  • The customer is advised to take the following precautions:
    • Do not ride on wet ground or in heavy rain;
    • Take corners slowly and look out for pedestrians;
    • Avoid potholes, curbs and debris on the ground;
    • Keep tires pumped to the specified pressure;
    • Dismount in places with heavy human traffic and push the scooter manually;
    • Service the product every 3 months on regular usage, 6 months for non-frequent usage;
    • Do not use products on public roads and respect local road regulations.

HOW TO REQUEST SERVICE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY:

To obtain performance of EVOLV to repair and/or replace the Product or its Components under this Limited Warranty, the customer must, during the Warranty Period:

  1. Contact ElectricBikeParadise at support@electricbikeparadise.com
  2. Submit proof of purchase, along with a photo or video showing the claimed defect.
  3. The average repair time is 3-7 days, excluding shipping time to and from our service center. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs associated with the transportation of the scooter to and from our service center, and/or the shipping costs of warranty parts, and a fee will be charged for return shipping or pick-up and delivery service. and a fee will be charged for return shipping or pick-up and delivery service.

G-FORCE LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES & RESPONSIBILITIES

All G-FORCE bikes are covered under our manufacturer's 1-year all-inclusive warranty for the original owner against all manufacturing defects (All free Accessories are not covered by warranty service).

WARRANTY PERIOD AND TARGET AUDIENCE TERMS

The warranty would be registered automatically when the initial purchaser ordered it in the online shop. So the warranty is under the INITIAL PURCHASER and the 1-year warranty would be started since the initial owner has received it.

All products do not accept transferable warranties, such as those purchased from the second-hand market.

COVERED PRODUCTS

G-FORCE will replace any component that is deemed to be defective or damaged (including damage incurred during shipment) without user error. The warranty covers the listed products and follows the terms below:

Frame

G-FORCE ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.

This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized G-FORCE.

G-FORCE reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of G-FORCE.

Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:

Corrosion

Paint fade, scratches, impact marks

Impact damage

Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)

Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable

Batteries

G-FORCE batteries are covered by a 1 year warranty.

During 1 year of service – A defective battery will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.

After the first 1 year of service – Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 1-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.

No cash reimbursement will be made.

Batteries can be assessed and found defective directly by G-FORCE only.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;

Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage, unless caused by G-FORCE;

Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible;

Ordinary wear and tear;

Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by G-FORCE with the Products;

Defects or damage caused by assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual;

Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;

In addition, with respect to the battery, this Limited Warranty does not cover defects or damage:

Caused by charging by a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Battery or the improper use of a battery charger;

Where any of the seals on the battery are broken or show evidence of tampering;

Where the Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike for which it is specified;

Parts & Components

Original G-FORCE parts & components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty, The warranty eriod of some parts is 3 months or 6 months, refer to the manual for details. (When all the spare parts for warranty are sent to the customer, the customer needs to bear the freight).

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by G-FORCE. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:

Brake Pads

Rotors

spokes

Tires/Tubes

Chains

Chain Rings

Cassettes

Crankset

Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).

Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.

frame, forks, handlebar, seat post, saddle, brakes, lights, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display, kickstand, reflectors, and hardware. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.

Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

All freebies are not covered by the warranty, for example, installation tools, spanner, spare screws, spare nut and so on.

    All claims to this warranty must be made through G-FORCE. and submitted to support@electricbikeparadise.com. Proofs of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request. Before making a warranty claim, we suggest that you contact us at support@electricbikeparadise.com as there may be a simple fix for your problem. Valid warranty claims will be processed through G-FORCEwithin 1 years of initial purchase.

  2. Shipping Damage Claims

REPAIR SERVICE

For offline bicycle store repair services like Velotooler, G-force will only provide free replacement parts. We do not reimburse any labor costs produced in the repair service.

* G-FORCE has the right without notice to the consumer to substitute components of at least equal quality for advertised G-FORCE ebike and e-scooter components in the event of the unavailability of such advertised components.

* Due to the physical characteristics of lithium batteries, all the battery capacity measured by tools will have an error of about 5%, which cannot be used as a reason for return/refund.

270-DAY WARRANTY

Get 9 Months Warranty From US When Ordering

Warranty: All skateboards come with a 270-day free warranty for quality issues. If there are quality problems, we'll send you replacement parts. If the customer can't resolve it, they need to contact a local repair center for maintenance. If the issue is determined to be caused by user damage (tire wear, severe impact and other wearing parts), warranty service won't be provided, and the customer will need to purchase replacement parts.

Refund policy: Refunds can be arranged if the goods haven't been received and haven't been shipped. If the customer returns the product without disassembling the packaging and not using it, and after our inspection shows no issues, a refund will be arranged.

Standard Repair Cycle: 15-20 Days

Generally speaking, the repair takes about 15 days. But if the relevant accessories required for the repair are out of stock, we need to send the relevant accessories from China, then the repair will take a little bit longer. Anyway, the repair will be completed within 30 days. Thanks for your support and understanding.

DIRWIN BIKE LIMITED WARRANTY AND POLICY ON REPLACEMENT PROCEDURES

During 12-months of service – Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains the same based on the original purchase date.

After the first 12-months of service new batteries will receive a prorated credit based on months of service. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 12-month warranty from the pro-rated purchase date.

Batteries must be assessed and found defective only by Dirwin Bike.

3. Parts & Components
Original Dirwin bike parts & components are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. With the limitations described below. 

Warranty Limitations

This Limited Warranty does not cover 

  1. Ordinary wear and tear not caused by manufacturing or material defects. Wear and tear are assessed by Dirwin bike. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Brake Pads, Rotors, Spokes, Tires, Tubes, Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, Cranks, Frame, Forks, Handlebar, Seat post, Saddle, Brakes, Lights, Pedals, Rims, Wheel hub, Freewheel, Cassette, Derailleur, Shifter, Motor, Throttle, Controller, Wiring harness, LCD, Kickstand, Reflectors, and other hardware.
  2. Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc)
  3. Damage or deterioration of appearance or aesthetics of the product
  4. Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Dirwin Bike.
  5. Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
  6. In Cases deemed proper by Dirwin, the customer bears the freight of replacement parts and components.
  7. Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electromechanical or other electrical stress.
  8. Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, or harsh weather conditions
  9. Defects damage or loss of property caused thefts, blown fuses, or any improper use of any electric outlets.
  10. Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
  11. Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by Dirwin Bike with the product in case.
  12. Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a way that does not comply with Assembly Instructions and Owners Manual.
  13. Products purchased or taken outside the United States.

Additional Battery Limitations

This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage if:

  • Caused by the use of a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Dirwin Battery.
  • Battery seals are broken or there is other evidence of tampering
  • Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike that it came with.

1.Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty period for ebikes is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge. 

After the warranty period, the customer has to pay for the replacement parts and shipping fees. The e-bikes we sell are factory new regular products, all parts are the same as the original parts.

In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve problems with accessories, the accessories
purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA, they are not covered
by warranty.

Please note: Second-hand e-bikes and modified e-bikes are not covered by warranty.

2.Warranty coverage

 

The following conditions do NOT qualify for warranty:
1)Failure caused by the user's failure to use, maintain and adjust according to the "Instruction Manual".
2)Users disassemble, repair and modify themselves, and failures caused by non-compliance with the rules of use.
3)Failure caused by improper use or storage by the user, or accident.
4)The cost of going to other repair shops for repairs without consent.
5)Slight scratches or damage to the outer package box caused by the logistics transportation of the accessories are not warranted.
6)Please contact us and obtain our written approval before sending any item back. Any products returned without acceptance will not be refunded.
7)Consumable parts are not warranted , including tires, saddles, plastic parts, brakes, brakes rotors,brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.

3.How to apply for warranty

Step 1: Take a picture/short video of your question.

Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, pictures or videos of issue, order number, platform of purchase to service@engwe-bikes.com.

Step 3: We'll diagnose your problem and if it's clear what's wrong, we'll provide a solution.

Step 4: When it comes to issues that can’t be diagnosed in the first place, we will send you the troubleshooting files, it will need you to detect according to our detection method and provide us with the corresponding videos or pictures, and we will give a solution after receiving the videos or pictures.
Step 5: We will verify your order information and delivery address, and reissue the corresponding accessories to you.

Watt Wagons LLC guarantees each new bicycle frame against defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year. Warranty does not apply to Watt Wagons Labs products. 

All original components are guaranteed for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery, excluding any customizations, or purchase of additional warranty. 

This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective frame, or defective parts and is the sole remedy of the warranty. This warranty applies only to original owners and is not transferable. Claims under this warranty must be made by emailing support@electricbikeparadise.com or using our contact form . Proof of purchase is required. We advise you to keep your box, since replacement boxes are not covered by the warranty. If you need a replacement box, we'll send you one for an additional fee.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper assembly, improper follow-up maintenance, or installation of parts or accessories.

The warranty does not apply to damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect. Modification of the frame or components shall void this warranty. Watt Wagons LLC is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Coastal Cruiser BIKES – LIMITED WARRANTY, SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

 Effective Date: {January 1, 2021}

At Coastal Cruiser Bikes, we take great pride in the quality and durability of our products. We’re confident that you will be impressed as well, and we stand behind all of our products. Every bike we sell is covered by a limited warranty against Manufacturer Defects, subject to exclusions noted herein. This warranty is only valid in the United States.

WARRANTY PERIOD

Subject to certain limitations, new products purchased directly from Coastal Cruiser (“Products”) are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship (“Manufacturer Defects”) for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase or delivery date, or 1000 Miles - whichever is first (“Warranty Period”).  Replacement parts used in warranty repairs will be warranted for the balance of the applicable Warranty Period.

NON TRANSFERABLE

This warranty is not transferable in any way and may not be exercised by anyone other than the original retail buyer (“Customer”) of the Products. Customer will be required to furnish the original receipt of purchase when filing a claim under this warranty.

WHAT’S COVERED

As part of its New Bike Guarantee, Coastal Cruiser will provide full replacement of any defective parts/components with free shipping within the first 30 days of purchase.  After 30 days, the Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs to Coastal Cruiser. This warranty applies only to Products, parts, and components manufactured, assembled, and sold as new by Coastal Cruiser.  The following components are covered under this warranty against Manufacturer Defects:

SHIPPING DAMAGE CLAIMS

Upon receipt, the Customer should immediately inspect Products for damage.  Freight damage claims can be extremely time sensitive, and therefore, Coastal Cruiser will not accept freight damage claims later than 7 days from Customer’s receipt of the Product.  The Customer should note any damage to the Products on the Bill of Lading before the shipment is accepted.  The Customer should also document any damage with photographs, and date the images whenever possible. Furthermore, the Customer should keep all packaging and paperwork until the inspection process is complete.

Damage claims must be reported to Coastal Cruiser within 7 days of delivery.  Please contact the Customer Support team for return/replacement instructions by emailing sales@coastalcruiserbikes.com.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the Products.  Furthermore, this warranty will not cover any damage resulting from the abuse or neglect of the Products.  Examples of abuse and neglect include, but are not limited to:

  • Racing or competition use, modification of original parts, abnormal strain.
  • Water damage.
  • Lack of proper maintenance, installation of parts or accessories that are not equivalent in design and quality to genuine Coastal Cruiserparts (“Incompatible Parts”)
  • Use of lubricants that are not suitable for e-bike use.
  • Damage as a result of accidents, collisions, road hazards, or operation on surfaces, such as stairs, not intended for conventional e-bike use; damage from external factors such as salt air or saltwater, bird droppings, or chemicals.
  • Commercial applications, such as transporting cargo, delivering newspapers, and rentals.
  • Temporary decrease in power or distance that can be traveled on a single battery charge, due to operating conditions such as ambient temperatures, load, inclines, frequent starting and stopping, and normal system-protection functions, as well as temperature-related performance of the battery charger.
  • Normal deterioration, including the gradual decrease of battery capacity over the warranty period as long as the battery capacity is still 50% or more of the initial capacity before the warranty expiration and the total number of battery charging cycles is 200 or less. Other normal deterioration includes natural fading of painted or plated surfaces, and cosmetic ozone or weather cracking in tires.

Any non-warranty work done concurrently with a warranty repair/replacement will be subject to ordinary parts/labor fees.

WARRANTY VOID

The following are circumstances that will void this warranty:

  • Products that have been lent, leased, or rented commercially.
  • Damage incurred due to the use of a third-party battery charger.
  • Loss or damage incurred due to the Customer choosing their own shipping option or if the bike is shipped using a freight forwarder or similar service.
  • Products that have been altered without the approval of Coastal Cruiser.
  • Products with alterations or additions of non-original or Incompatible Parts.
  • Damage to or failure of Products resulting from weather or excessive wear and tear.
  • Theft, robbery, vandalism, incidental, consequential, or intentional damage, as well as damage resulting from Customer’s abuse or neglect of the Product.
  • Products that have been used or transported improperly (e.g., exceeding maximum weight recommendation).
  • Products with damage resulting from improper maintenance (e.g., storing battery fully discharged over the winter).
  • Products with an electrical component that has been opened, altered, partially or completely disassembled, except by Coastal Cruiseror their authorized service providers.
  • Products that have been disassembled in a manner not authorized by Coastal Cruiseror that have had repairs attempted by anyone not authorized by Coastal Cruiser.
  • Products that have been damaged due to improper adjustment or maintenance.

EXCLUSIONS

NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE. Coastal Cruiser MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTS. ALL WARRANTIES IMPLIED UNDER ANY APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. ALL WARRANTIES, WRITTEN, ORAL, OR IMPLIED, ARE EXPRESSLY LIMITED TO THE PERIOD AND TERM OF THIS WARRANTY. THE LAWS OF SOME REGIONS REQUIRE DIFFERENT OR LONGER TERMS FOR WARRANTIES, OR PROHIBIT CERTAIN DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES. THIS WARRANTY PROVIDES THE CUSTOMER WITH SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, WHICH MAY VARY FROM STATE TO STATE, COUNTRY TO COUNTRY, OR REGION TO REGION.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

The Customer is responsible for ensuring that Products are properly operated, maintained and stored as specified in the Owner’s Manual.  The Customer must notify Coastal Cruiser of any and all apparent defects to the Products within 7 days of discovery.  In submitting a warranty claim, the Customer must provide specifics of any and all apparent defects, including photos and supporting evidence, as requested.  Failure to provide information or other details as requested may result in a warranty claim being denied.

Coastal Cruiser is not responsible for providing a box or packing materials for shipping if any parts need to be returned to Coastal Cruiser as part of the Warranty Claims Process.  Coastal Cruiser is not liable for any loss resulting from the transport of Products to Coastal Cruiser under a warranty claim.  Therefore, it is highly recommended that the Customer obtain insurance to cover the replacement cost when shipping Products back to Coastal Cruiser.

If it is suspected that any Product is defective, do not attempt to repair or replace it yourself or to have it repaired or replaced before contacting Coastal Cruiser directly — doing so may invalidate the warranty and may cause additional damage, not necessarily limited to the Products at issue.  Furthermore, such action may create the risk of injury or death.

Proof of purchase is required before a warranty claim is processed. Therefore, customers are strongly encouraged to promptly register newly purchased Products.  Customers can click here to register your bike.

SUBMITTING A CLAIM

Upon receiving a properly submitted warranty claim, Coastal Cruiser will examine the claimed defect, and at its sole discretion, Coastal Cruiser will either repair or replace any Products that it determines to be defective.  The Warranty Claim Process is as follows:

  • Retain the original packaging that the bike was shipped in, even if it has been damaged in shipping.  Coastal Cruiseris not responsible for providing a box for return shipping.
  • Submit a claim ticket by clicking HERE.  Coastal Cruiserwill not replace any Product without first receiving photos and/or videos illustrating the purported damage or defect of said Product.
  • Coastal Cruiserwill contact the Customer to arrange for inspection of the damaged or defective Product, and then arrange for any warranty repairs.
  • All claims under this warranty must be made directly through Coastal Cruiser. Proof of purchase will be required with a warranty request. Before making a claim, it is recommended that the Customer contact the Technical Support team by submitting a support ticket as there may be a simple fix for the problem.
  • Customer must promptly provide all of the information requested by Coastal Cruiserincluding photos of any defective Products as requested.

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

Once your order is placed with us you will receive a notification and confirmation email with all your order details. If for some reason your item happens to be out of stock or on backorder, we will reach out to you via e-mail to either refund the order, advise you of the wait time, or ship a similar product upon request.

LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

All GoPowerbike’s ebikes (the “ebike”), and their individual Covered Components (as defined herein), are protected against all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship for one (1) year, 1200 miles (whichever comes first ) after the date of a qualifying purchase (the “Warranty Period”). This Limited Warranty is only applicable to United States and Canada ebike purchases and in accordance with the following terms:

  • Only the original owner of an ebike purchased from GoPowerbike’s online or physical store is covered by this Limited Warranty. The Warranty Period begins upon your receipt of the ebike and shall end immediately upon the earlier of the end of the Warranty Period or any sale or transfer of the ebike to another person, and under no circumstances shall the Limited Warranty apply to any subsequent owner or other transferee of the ebike.
  • The Limited Warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of a defective lithium ion battery (the “Battery”), frame, forks, stem, handlebar, headset, seat post, saddle, lights, bottom bracket, rims, wheel hub, cassette, derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display,  (each a “Covered Component”).
  • The Covered Components are warranted to be free of defects in materials and/or workmanship during the Warranty Period.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear of any Covered Component.
  • Consumables or normal wear and tear parts (including without limitation tires, tubes, brake pads, cables and housing, grips, chain and spokes).
  • Any damage or defects to Covered Components resulting from failure to follow instructions in the ebike owner’s manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alterations, modification, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the ebike as sold, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper follow-up maintenance.
  • For the avoidance of doubt, GoPowerbike will not be liable and/or responsible for any damage, failure or loss caused by any unauthorized service or use of unauthorized parts.
  • Labor Costs incurred during maintenance or repair of the ebike.
  • The Battery is not warranted from damage resulting from power surges, use of an improper charger, improper maintenance or other such misuse, normal wear or water damage.
  • Any products sold by GoPowerbike that is not an ebike.

DETERMINING WHETHER DAMAGE OR DEFECT TO AN EBIKE OR COVERED COMPONENT IS PROTECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL BE IN THE SOLE DISCRETION OF GOPOWERBIKE.

Shipping Damage:

Damage to a Covered Component during shipping is not covered by this Limited Warranty, but GoPowerbike will replace such damaged Covered Components if you:

  • Notify GoPowerbike of a Covered Component damaged in the shipping process within thirty (30) days of your receipt of the ebike;
  • Provide GoPowerbike with a dated picture of the damaged Covered Component;
  • Return all original packaging and paperwork included with the ebike; and
  • Note any immediately recognizable damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading prior to signing off on the shipment.

Any damage found during the unpacking/assembly of the ebike must be reported to GoPowerbike within thirty (30) days of receipt of the ebike.

Shipping damage claims are very time sensitive and it is your responsibility to immediately inspect the ebike for damage upon receipt.

If you choose to set up your own independent shipping method, such as use of a freight forwarder or other similar service, GoPowerbike will not replace any Covered Components damaged during such shipping method.

Any missing parts/components found during the unpacking/assembly of the ebike must be reported to GoPowerbike within thirty (30) days of receipt of the ebike.

Credit Card Chargebacks:

If any ebike purchase becomes subject to a credit card chargeback in any amount, and you are still in possession of the ebike, then this Limited Warranty shall be invalidated until the credit card chargeback has been resolved.

CLAIMS PROCESS:

GOPOWERBIKE WILL NOT REPLACE ANY COVERED COMPONENT UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WITHOUT FIRST SEEING PHOTOS OR VIDEO OF THE DAMAGED COVERED COMPONENT.

In order to exercise your right to receive a replacement for a Covered Component under this Limited Warranty, you must:

  • Contact the GoPowerbike Technical Support team by email at support@electricbikeparadise.com or by phone at (800) 590-2738. The Technical Support team will initially work with you on the problem with your ebike to identify potential simple fixes.
  • If the Technical Support team determines that a Covered Component must be replaced, they will provide you with a set of instructions for returning the defective Covered Component and receiving the replacement.
  • After you receive the replacement Covered Component, the Technical Support team will also assist in determining how to replace or install the new Covered Component into your ebike.
  • Replacement Covered Components under this Limited Warranty shall only be shipped to the address of the original purchaser.

THE REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND GOPOWERBIKE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY FOR ANY BREACH OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. GOPOWERBIKE’S LIABILITY SHALL UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE EBIKE, NOR SHALL GOPOWERBIKE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOSSES, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT.

SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.

TO THE EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, GOPOWERBIKE DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE FOR THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY.

The Levy Electric Scooters come with a six month warranty covering parts due to manufacturing defects. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Levy will repair the affected product at no charge, exchange with an equivalent refurbished replacement, or supply a replacement part if it the problem is isolated and can be rectified with new part(s).

Items damaged due to misuse of the scooter, or incidental issues due to normal wear and tear are not included in this policy.  Specifically, issues related to tires, worn brakes, joints loosening, scratches, dents, broken plastic, or water damage are not covered under the warranty replacement program.  However, parts can be purchased directly from our website in these situations.

Battery Related Issues:  Lithium-ion battery packs are consumable products that can lose charge capacity over time. See here for tips on prolonging the life of your battery.  Defective batteries are rare, but they are covered under warranty.  Receiving a defective battery would usually mean it can not be charged or operated inside the scooter.  If you believe your battery is defective, please upload photos of the battery's serial number below.

Dead on Arrival: In the rare case where your scooter arrives defective, Levy will either replace the defective component, repair the scooter, or send a replacement unit at no charge. In situations where the customer elects to have the scooter sent back to us, we will provide a prepaid return label. In situations when a replacement component was sent and the scooter need to be sent in tot he NYC office, the customer will be responsible for shipping the scooter to Levy.

Extended Warranty:  The extended warranty is available to purchase at checkout or up to 30 days after purchase.  For more details on the extended warranty, including instructions on how to submit a claim - please see here.

Warranty on Repairs / Replacements:  Any repairs or replacements made by Levy on a product that is already beyond our manufacturer's 6 month warranty will be entitled to a limited 90 day warranty that includes any defects related to the specific components that were repaired and/or replaced.

Warranty on Parts:  Any parts purchased will be entitled to a limited 90 day warranty that includes any defects related to the specific components purchased. Items damaged due to misuse, or incidental issues due to normal wear and tear are not included in this policy. Specifically, issues related to tires, worn brakes, joints loosening, or water damage are not covered under the warranty replacement program. 

For customers experiencing issues that fall outside the warranty period, we are still here to help.  Spare parts can be purchased directly from our online store, and we provide detailed instructions for replacing common components.

International Customers

The same warranty and return conditions outlined above also apply for international orders shipped outside the US.  However, the buyer will be responsible for shipping and customs duties & taxes when shipping the product back for a return or repair.

This Warranty describes the service available to you if your product requires warranty service. Here at Mankeel, our goal is to provide outstanding customer service. We’re dedicated to overcoming any obstacles until every customer is satisfied.

All Mankeel scooter products come with the manufacturer’s limited warranty for the product to be free of significant defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser under normal use for up to 1 year. This sheet and the original purchase receipt for the purchase of your Product are the documents defining the Limited Warranty. Please retain this document and the original purchase receipt to preserve your warranty service.

Warranty Period

Why is your warranty limited to 1 year?

We provide limited warranty periods as all electronic products have a limited lifespan. Although 6 to 12 months may sound like a short term, it is actually a long one compared to the industry standard. Many lower-tier mass-market electric scooters,   come with 90-day warranties. Unfortunately, those companies are often impossible to reach in order to make a warranty claim.

At Mankeel, we are here to fully support you through ownership, primarily to 1 year as you are getting acquainted with your device. When you message, call, or email, there are real people answering your questions. Our team is dedicated and knowledgeable and has a proven record of excellence in customer support.

When it comes to the warranty term, consider how often you upgrade your other electronic devices, like your smartphone. After a few years, the technology and materials improve so quickly that retiring your current device is a sound choice. Our electric scooters (electronic devices) are used outdoors where they are exposed to the elements, and subjected to possible damage from the owner, accidents with objects or others, and so on, and generally have a limited lifespan. With proper care and maintenance and often technical know-how, however, owners can significantly elongate their device’s lifespan.

Our products are built durably, but misuse, improper care and sometimes accidents (like getting caught in an unexpected rainstorm) can cause water damage. Water-resistance ratings provide a general standard for how well an electronic device is built to withstand water (and debris) under different conditions. Very few electronic products can withstand submersion in water for any period of time.

It’s important that if you should get your device wet, you do your best to dry it out and check for any water damage to prevent voiding the warranty. Some components can purge the water or will dry out easily, while other components, like the horn speaker, does not have a purging function.

Note:

1. Explanation of 180 days warranty and guarantee repairs:

  • (1) Guarantee repair refers to the loss of customer's products due to quality problems during the 180 days warranty period, we provide free replacement parts service. If the customer does not install and replace it, the customer needs to mail the product to our after-sales service point for repair and replacement service.
  • (2)Warranty refers to that during the 180 days warranty period, the customer's parts are damaged due to abnormal use, such as break, crash, water immersion, etc. We will provide the customer with a replacement price at a cost price. The customer will bear the shipping cost of the parts.

2. During the warranty period, all parts and replacement parts are sold at cost price. If the parts are damaged due to quality problems, we will replace and repair them for free.

3. During the warranty period, parts damaged due to abnormal use must be purchased at the customer's cost price and bear the increased freight.

Pricing:

All prices are listed in US dollars. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Affirm, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX or Discover. Wire transfers are required for large orders. No type of check under any circumstance will be accepted. All merchandise remains property of MotoTec USA until payment is realized.

Returns:

MotoTec USA will not accept unauthorized returns. If you need to return an item, please contact us prior to doing so. If conditions for the product return as stated below are met, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA #) that must be marked on your return package. With the exception of wrong products shipped caused by our error, shipping costs for returned items will be buyer's responsibility as well as the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. No return will be accepted without invoice number or date of sale. To receive a refund or credit, returned items must be in original packaging, unused, in original condition and in transit back to MotoTec USA within 10 days of receiving the product. Items will be inspected prior to issuance of any refund or credit.

Damaged / Defective Items:

MotoTec USA will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Shipping of warranty parts is only covered if shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, MotoTec USA, at their discretion, will offer a return or ship a replacement unit. If damage is not reported to us within 10 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges. For items shipped LTL Freight, damage must be noted with the driver on the delivery receipt at time of signature, or for concealed damage, they must be notified within 5 days of receiving, otherwise the claim will be denied.

Lost or Stolen Items: (Signature Service & Shipping Insurance)

MotoTec USA is not responsible for any products lost or stolen after being left at a business or residence without the signature service purchased on the order or if shown with picture delivery. This is because FedEx will automatically deny all claims without signature. If a product is not received, FedEx advises the customer to file a police report for theft and claim it on homeowner’s insurance. We also offer shipping insurance through FedEx for an additional fee. If a product is lost in transit, FedEx will pay the entire insured value, but if additional insurance is not on the package, they will only cover the minimum $100 insurance plus the original shipping charge. Example of no coverage: If insurance is on a package, but the package is delivered without a signature and the customer claims they did not receive it, FedEx will not pay the claim. Only when lost in transit, not after showing delivered.

Incorrect Product Specifications and/or Pictures:

Product specifications are provided to us by our manufacturers and may not always be correct. Products may also vary from the displayed picture, usually due to product improvements over time. MotoTec USA is not responsible for original or return shipping fee's should the spec's or picture be different than the actual item. Please contact us if you need to confirm anything specific about the item before placing your order.

Extra Shipping Fee's:

For LTL Shipments, if the customer is not reachable by the phone number provided on the order, the shipping carrier will charge daily storage fee's until the customer is available or the item is returned. The customer is responsible for any and all of these extra fee's. We also try to help mitigate these storage fee's by authorizing the carrier to drop the product in the driveway, when this occurs, we are not responsible for theft and the customer will be charged for the lift gate fee. If the customer is not available and it cannot be dropped off, such as an apartment building, then the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges as well.
When shipping to Canada or other countries, our website will only charge shipping. Fedex and other carriers will bill the customer directly for the Custom/Duty fee's. The customer is responsible to pay the carrier directly.

Guarantee:

MotoTec USA products are guaranteed to be quality merchandise. Many products carry a Manufacturer's warranty. MotoTec USA will pass this warranty on to the buyer. Buyer should notify MotoTec USA immediately upon discovery of any product defect. Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer's expense. We will replace all defective items that meet the return/replacement requirements, but will not accept any liability for loss or inconvenience caused by their use or failure. All warranties are voided if defect has been caused in whole or in part by improper installation, abuse or misuse. We reserve the right to withhold issuance of credit until returned defective part has been examined and tested. *Any used product offered by MotoTec USA (wheels, or any other parts) are not included in these policies unless otherwise noted.

Product Use:

Some products sold by MotoTec USA may not be approved for highway use or public roads. It is the complete responsibility of the buyer to ensure that their vehicles are operated by all federal, state and local laws. Buyer assumes all liability and risk associated with the use of motorized products and holds MotoTec USA and its owners harmless of any liability.
